Aceste loca\u021bii, \u00een total 30, vor fi prezentate at\u00e2t pe acest site, prin materiale offline de prezentare, c\u00e2t \u0219i prin intermediul metodei interactive Treasure Hunt (evenimente care s-au desf\u0103\u0219urat \u00een septembrie \u0219i octombrie).<\/p><p>Mai jos, pute\u021bi descoperi informa\u021bii precum amplasare, ani relevan\u021bi, descriere \u0219i imagini despre cele zece loca\u021bii vizate din cartierul Iosefin. Biserica \u00a0a fost \u00eenceput\u0103 \u00een anul comemor\u0103rii unui mileniu de la venirea ungurilor \u00een C\u00e2mpia Panonic\u0103, de aici \u015fi numele Aici se afl\u0103 fostul cinematograf Apollo, care a fost construit \u00een 1909 de arhitectul Josef Ecker Jr. \u0219i reconstruit \u00een 1955 de c\u0103tre arhitectul Paul Schuster.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Locul unde ast\u0103zi se \u00eentinde Parcul \u201eRegina Maria\u201d se afla, la \u00eenceputul secolului al XIX-lea, \u00een afara zidurilor cet\u0103\u021bii Timi\u0219oarei, pe teritoriul numit Esplanad\u0103. Aceasta era o zon\u0103 de ap\u0103rare unde nu erau permise construc\u021bii pentru a prevenirea eventualelor atacuri.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Dinspre Podul Decebal, peste drum de Palatul Neptun, se remarc\u0103 poarta de intrare \u00een Parcul Regina Maria. Aceast\u0103 poart\u0103 a fost proiectat\u0103 \u00een stilul anilor 1900, curentul szeceszi\u00f3, \u015fi formeaz\u0103 un ansamblu reu\u015fit, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu Podul Decebal \u015fi Palatul Neptun.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Dou\u0103 pl\u0103ci, c\u00e2te una pe fiecare turn al por\u021bii. Prima aminte\u0219te faptul c\u0103 aici a c\u0103zut primul martir al Revolu\u0163iei Anticomuniste \u015fi c\u0103 au murit \u015fi al\u0163i martiri pentru libertate. Acestea sunt inspirate de siluetele elansate ale turnurilor medievale, mai ales de turnurile din perioada gotic\u0103. Ornamentele corespund curentelor stilului anilor 1900. Unele dintre ele au forme geometrice, p\u0103trate, inspirate de ultimele curente, cele mai evoluate, ale stilului respectiv. Palatul a fost construit sub \u00eendrumarea arhitectului L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Sz\u00e9kely.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Edificiul mai este denumit \u015fi \u201eCasa cu Maimu\u0163e\u201d, datorit\u0103 faptului c\u0103 la partea superioar\u0103 a etajulul al doilea sub corni\u015f\u0103, sunt montate console care sprijin\u0103 colonete pe care sunt amplasate alternativ statui reprezent\u00e2nd ur\u015fi \u015fi gorile.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Cl\u0103dit\u0103 pentru ca veniturile aduse de chirii s\u0103 serveasc\u0103 \u201eAzilului Or\u0103\u015fenesc\u201d, construc\u0163ia, care ad\u0103postea \u015fi \u201eClubul Cet\u0103\u0163enilor\u201d (desigur bog\u0103ta\u015fii) din cartierul Fabric, a fost v\u00e2ndut\u0103 \u00een 1918 lui Rudolf Totis, directorul general de la \u201eIndustria L\u00e2nii S.A.\u201d. Cel mai vechi stabiliment era amplasat \u00een actualul Parc al Copiilor. \u00centre anii 1744 \u2013 1750 s-a parcelat \u015fi ocupat loca\u0163ia actual\u0103, cea de-a treia din lunga istorie a fabricii de bere.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0Cea mai veche dintre construc\u0163iile actuale este a\u0219a-numita \u201ebiseric\u0103 turceasc\u0103\u201d. Legenda afirm\u0103 c\u0103 edificiul a fost construit pe vremea turcilor, dar \u00een realitate \u00eenainte de anul 1744 \u00een aceast\u0103 zon\u0103 nu existau construc\u0163ii. Cl\u0103direa apare pe planurile ora\u015fului \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu anul 1806 \u0219i prezint\u0103 o structur\u0103 de rezisten\u0163\u0103 format\u0103 din st\u00e2lpi \u0219i grinzi masive din lemn, tipic\u0103 pentru arhitectura industrial\u0103 de la \u00eenceputul sec. al XIX-lea. Arcul intr\u0103rii, \u00een form\u0103 de \u201em\u00e2ner de co\u015f\u201d, este o reminiscen\u0163\u0103 a stilului baroc.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Celelalte cl\u0103diri ale ansamblului sunt \u201emoderniz\u0103ri\u201d din sec. al XIX-lea \u015fi din sec. XX. Podul era traversat de dou\u0103 linii de tramvai pe care circulau \u015fi vagoane de cale ferat\u0103 care f\u0103ceau diferite transporturi \u00eentre gara de est \u015fi mai multe fabrici \u015fi ateliere din Fabric.\u00a0<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Acesta a fost demolat \u00een 1988, iar un an mai t\u00e2rziu s-a construit cel actual, tot dup\u0103 proiectul
